SHARING HEALTHCARE RESOURCES WORLDWIDE
Volunteer Picnic
Join us on Sunday, August 3rd at Mud Mountain Dam in Enumclaw for a time of food and fellowship with other Gateway Medical Alliance volunteers. Please bring a salad or side dish that will go with the BBQ. Feel free to bring a lawn chair or a lawn game to enjoy with other Gateway Medical Alliance Volunteers.
Gateway Medical Alliance International through strategic partnerships, serves as a catalyst to improve the lives of the poor and disadvantaged by sharing healthcare resources worldwide.
GMA’s humanitarian efforts began by shipping the first container of medical supplies and equipment to Morocco in 1997. To this day, GMA recognizes this service as the cornerstone effort of its organization.

Volunteer Opportunities
Work at our warehouse sorting, inventorying and packing medical supplies and preparing equipment for shipment. GMA also works with businesses or small groups to schedule work parties during non-warehouse hours.
Donate Medical Resources
Gateway Medical Alliance accepts medical supplies and equipment to assist the poor and disadvantaged in developing countries around the world.
Container Distribution
Gateway Medical Alliance receives unused medical surplus items from many medical facilities and medical donations from local families in the Puget Sound area. Volunteers assess the quality of these donations, inventory, and pack the supplies into boxes. These boxes, as well as a wide variety of hospital, physical therapy and mobility related equipment, fill the containers we send to many countries in need worldwide. GMA International raises the operational and ocean freight funds necessary to sort, pack, load, ship, and administrate the majority of the containers sent worldwide.

2024 Year in Review
In 2024, Gateway Medical Alliance volunteers worked hard to help people in need. Together, we sorted, packed, and sent out 8 shipping containers filled with medical supplies to our trusted partners around the world.
This year, we shipped 92 tons of help, including 2,780 pieces of equipment and 179 pallets of medical items. These supplies are now in hospitals and clinics serving the poor and disadvantaged in many different countries.
Thanks to our amazing volunteers and partners, lives are being changed. Every box packed and every piece of equipment sent is part of a bigger story, bringing hope and healing to those who need it most.

GMA Maroc
Today, GMA Maroc is working hard to bring hope and help to people in need across Morocco. One of our biggest efforts is in supporting Children's Therapy Centers. These centers give children with special needs a safe place to grow, learn, and get the care they need from trained professionals.
We also provide wheelchairs to people who can't walk or have trouble moving on their own. Having a wheelchair gives them the freedom to go to school, visit family, or simply enjoy life outside their home. This changes lives in powerful ways.
Health education is another important part of our work. We teach families and communities how to stay healthy, take care of injuries, and prevent illness. These classes help people feel more confident and in control of their own health.
Lastly, GMA Maroc is involved in community development projects, including agricultural projects and helping rebuild villages after earthquakes. These efforts give families the tools they need to grow crops, support local farming, earn income, and rebuild their homes and communities with strength and pride.
